Teaching & Training
We both regularly teach at IHOP conferences year round. Recent conference breakout sessions can be heard by going to the Teaching section of the site.

We also travel and speak in churches, at camps and retreats, and in other settings. If you’re interested in hearing more, email us at rbohender@gmail.com.

Our role in leadership at IHOP often takes the form of ‘doing whatever needs to be done.’   Nevertheless, we do have certain areas of responsibility that we have specific duties in.
Directing IHOP Internships
As part of our role on the IHOP leadership team, we give oversight to all of IHOP’s internships.

The One Thing Internship, focusing on 18-25 year olds who spend six months developing a deeper life in God.

The Fire in the Night Internship for ages 18-30. From 10pm to 6am, these young people fuel our night watch and take classes (imagine taking a theology class that meets at 2 AM!)

Intro to IHOP is a 3 month intensive to train new staff members and those who want to go home to start their own house of prayer. Intro participants are often families with children.

The Simeon Company is for those 50+ looking to invest their years into the prayer movement while building friendships with others. http://www.ihop.org/group/group.aspx?id=16802shapeimage_3_link_0
The Prayer Room
Since 1999, the International House of Prayer has gone 24/7, offering worship and intercession before the throne of God. We came to Kansas City in 2003 because we wanted to do ministry in a context where prayer was central to everything.

Full-time IHOP intercessory missionaries split a fifty hour work week, spending one half of their time in the prayer room and the other half in outreach and administrative duties.http://www.ihop.orgshapeimage_4_link_0
